The overall structure and key components have all undergone finite element analysis to avoid stress concentration, reduce subsequent deformation, and ensure a reasonable mechanical structure.
The machine bed is made of HT300 castings, strong rigidity and high hardness.
The worktable is centrally positioned with strong load-bearing capacity, preventing imbalance caused by the superposition of worktables.
The base has a large span and adopts HIWIN large ball screws + long-slider roller linear guideways, which can meet the requirements of high speed, high precision and heavy load.
Milling head (B-axis): VTM-400/630, precision cam swing head. VTM-550, DD motor-driven, hydraulically locked, turntable-bearing supported. Equipped with a high-power, small-volume spindle, which has less interference, large torque and can swing at any angle.
Milling is performed on the left and turning on the right, with the turning and milling functions separated. This improves the performance of the machine tool and results in a lower failure rate compared to machines with a single spindle for both turning and milling.
